If you've found us here, you probably already know that Windsor Hills is one of the most popular off-site resorts and said to be the closest privately-owned resort to Walt Disney World. In fact, we're just two miles from the main gate--minutes from the fun! Go to the parks in the morning, head home to nap and swim, back to the parks in the evening for dinner, fireworks, and shows. The price of an Uber is generally the same price as parking for the day. We're THAT close.

#2: Room to spread out. As Disney fans and a family of 5, we've logged plenty of time in expensive, crowded hotel rooms. Chateau Mickey has 3 bedrooms, all of them en-suite, which makes getting ready in the mornings quick and easy. One master bedroom/bath is on the main floor; a second master/bath and a room with two twins/bath on the second floor. Large closets to hold all your fun stuff! Washer/Dryer conveniently located on the second floor.

#3: Splash Pool. Our home has it's very own screened, south-facing (SUNNY!) splash pool and terrace. Perfect for hanging out during the day or enjoying a quiet night "in."

#4: Complimentary pool heating, October through April. No extra fees!

#5: High-end mattresses, linens, and pillows. We know you'll be going all day and your rest is important! Our beds are comfy and inviting.

#6: Well-equipped kitchen. Much more than just the basics! Our home has lots of extras--things like an electric kettle, crockpot, coffee maker AND a Keurig. If you decide to dine in, you'll find our home well suited for whipping up impromptu meals or holiday gatherings!

#7: Location. Our home has one parking space in front and is conveniently located across the street from a large greenspace (with swings) and overflow parking. We're just a quick 4-5 minute walk from the resort pool, clubhouse, movie theater, game room, cafe, and store.

#8: Free high speed Wi-fi to keep you connected and 3 Smart TV's with satellite packages.

#9: Digital entry. No worry about picking up keys (or misplacing them), and you'll use a unique one-time code, custom-assigned for your stay.

Our cancellation policy reflects the popularity of Windsor Hills and the tendency of guests to book many months in advance to secure their spot. Because life happens, we highly recommend travel insurance to protect your investment. Cleaning Fee - $150.00 Florida/Osceola Tax Rate: 13.5% A guest starter package of: One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one roll of paper towel, one dish sponge, one trash bag in each trash receptacle, one dishwasher detergent tab, one laundry detergent sample and one small bottle of dish soap is included in your stay. Please note that, in order to comply with Florida State Health Regulations, we are unable to supply condiments or any food product. Due to severe home owner allergies and the amount we frequent our second home, no animals are permitted under any circumstances - There are a number of pet friendly homes located within Windsor Hills which can be found by narrowing your search criteria. For enhanced security and as part of our remote digital check-in process, we have 2 outdoor cameras. Cameras are located at the front door (doorbell) and at the rear of the property (monitoring the a/c unit and pool pump/heater behind our home).Cameras are not used in any interior or guest areas, including the pool and lanai.
